For those of you that have asked… I am 45 years young, and 3 years ago I started on this health journey not because I saw myself in a picture or someone told me I had to be healthy. I started because as a make-up artist I was asked to go on set at different locations and some of them required me to go up and down stairs, hills and during this time I was out of breath and I did not feel good.
When I started my journey I will have to admit is was hard to do although I had been through many, many, many diets and fads. This program was hard but not as hard as feeling down on myself when trying to keep up with everyone on set. I kept telling myself “how do you want to feel when you go on set?” and this kept me going daily. For the other days that I needed some inspiration and motivation I went ahead and looked into YouTube for inspiration and motivation.
I started sharing my journey through Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and a few people have supported me through this journey and others have been motivated to get halthy themselves. I upgraded my mindset to open my scope of view and allowed myself to enjoy this journey that I am on. Other people’s stories and motivation keeps me going and shows me that I am not alone and that we are in this together. “US” together will make sure that we succeed.

Did you wake up with determination and ready to Shine? Did you have a New Years Resolution? Do you continue to work on your Goals and Dreams? Did you know that 80% of people that set a New Years Resolution have already quit? I know a great community of people that are the 20% and the 3% of the population that doesn’t quit and keeps on motivating everyone including myself.
I woke up with this morning and reminded myself that my only competition is myself. Daily motivation is much needed and required to continue with any Goal that you set out to do. I Don’t worry about having a “hump” (that’s what I call them) on the road to success because this only makes me stronger and wiser. I get up, dust myself off and continue on my journey. I have learned from all the remarkable people that I have met in this great community.

Yes she does LOVE life and I will continue on the LOVE subject on this the 7th day of February. Today and everyday is full of possibilities, goals and challenges to be accomplished with the help of everyone who loves you and is supporting you. I would like you to know that I am here to pour LOVE into anyone that would like to get motivation, support and help on any level with any subject in their life. I have been lucky to be around a community of people who support, motivate and LOVE me for just being me.
If you are looking for the MAGIC in this world look onto yourself and see that you are worthy, you are strong, you are powerful, and you are enough. When you believe in yourself you can show others how to believe in themselves and pour all the LOVE that you have inside of you. The MAGIC is inside of you, use it and create more within you.
This being the Month of Love let’s continue to LOVE yourself fist so that you can love and pour all the love onto everyone else. I heard this phrase yesterday in different contexts and decided that I will be pouring more LOVE onto everyone I come across.
I started with transforming my body on April 24th, 2014 and it has been a great journey, with this body transformation I have also transformed my mind and soul. A lot of people have asked why I wanted to loose weight since everyone feels that I was ok being the weight that I was. I chose to loose the weight not because I was sick or health problems I chose to loose the weight because I wanted to feel better about me.
For those of you that have tried diets and lost the weight and then gained back more than you lost or those of you that have lost and then just plateaued I understand you. If you could name any diet I have most likely tried it, done it and failed at it. I have chosen Herbalife Nutrition because it works for me and it’s all nutrition, which makes a difference on how you take it. Just as a potato if you fry it and make French fries will be worst than f you bake the potato and eat it with healthy toppings.
